PBB Introduces New Outsourcing Management Software: LENO

Munich/Stuttgart. Regulatory requirements for financial institutions are becoming increasingly complex, presenting significant challenges for those responsible. In particular, the use of external services and new technologies involves high compliance hurdles and risks that are difficult to manage without specialized outsourcing management software. To ensure compliance and increase efficiency in outsourcing management, PBB has introduced the LENO outsourcing management software.

LENO was developed in a joint pilot project between PBB and the software provider LeanMind GmbH. “Thanks to the close collaboration with LeanMind, we’ve implemented a software solution that fully meets all regulatory requirements and optimally supports our operational outsourcing processes,” says Thorsten Grafe, Head of Central Outsourcing Management and Procurement at PBB, who led the project on behalf of the bank.

The LENO software was designed and developed by experts at LeanMind GmbH, who bring many years of experience in outsourcing management and regulatory compliance, and have advised numerous well-known clients.
The result is a software solution that is both practical and user-friendly, while also covering all relevant regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, BAIT, ESMA Cloud Guidelines, DORA, and the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing. Regulatory updates are implemented independently by LeanMind within LENO, ensuring that the platform remains continuously up to date.
