His passion in product development lies in radically eliminating redundant routine tasks an leveraging AI wherever possible.
In his rare spare time, Hussam enjoys cooking for his family and stays fit with kickboxing

Silke spent many years working as an organisational consultant before spending six and a half years as Head of People &Compliance at an IT consulting firm, whre she built up the areas of HR, data protection and information security
As COO, she is responsible for all internal operations as well as the continious development of processes and structures.
When she´s not working, she enjoys training at the gym and singing in a choir.
