New Leadership Impulse: Silke Westphal Appointed COO at LeanMind

Effective March 1, 2025, Silke Westphal has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LeanMind GmbH. In her new role, she is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of key company-wide processes.

Silke joined LeanMind in July 2024. Initially serving as Head of People & Information Security Officer, she quickly established and advanced essential structures across the organization. Her appointment as COO marks a logical step in strengthening LeanMind’s organizational and cultural foundation for the next phase of growth.
